Complaints Procedures

We welcome the views of all the members of our learning community. We strongly believe in partnership working with parents and families and we aim to provide the best possible education for all our children.


Please talk to us if you have any worries or concerns. Mrs Cousins has a drop in session each morning and there is always a senior staff member on the door each morning. Staff are available in the classrooms after school. An appointment can be made to see Ms Gray if there is something you would like to discuss in confidence.


Any formal complaints may be made using the Complaints Policy, which is attached below.
