Message from the Chair:

As a governing body, we work to support and challenge the school leaders to provide an excellent education and learning environment for all pupils at Wath Central.

We meet regularly throughout the year to discuss and actively take part in all aspects of school life. Each Governor has a specific responsibility in school including safeguarding, finance, inclusion, SEND and curriculum as well as reviewing a range of policies that govern the operation of the school. Although we all have many other commitments including jobs, hobbies and families, we dedicate time to visit school regularly to meet with the children and staff.  Wath Central is a collaboration between staff, pupils, parents and governors to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to develop to their full potential.

We celebrate and are very proud of the achievements of our pupils and staff.
